Mandatory Booking Requirements
To ensure a seamless reservation, please note:
- Mandatory Documents: Valid Passport (ID) and Driver’s License required for all guests for reservation files.
- Aruba ED Card: Completion of the mandatory Aruba ED Card process is the traveler’s responsibility prior to arrival.
- Vehicle Security Deposit: The vehicle security deposit is handled separately at pick-up and is not included in the package price.
- Booking & Cancellation Policy: By proceeding with your deposit today, you agree to our strict 5-Day Grace Period and 12-Month Travel Credit Promise. Balance payments are due strictly 30 days before flight dates.

The vehicle security deposit is a standard rental card authorization processed directly during key hand-off. It is fully released upon return of the vehicle with no damage, and is completely independent of your villa booking fee.
Yes. Immediately after securing your dates with today’s booking fee, you will receive our Curated Villa Catalog via email. You can browse the verified high-end pool villas available in Noord for your selected dates and choose your favorite.
We offer a 5-day absolute grace period for a full refund after booking. After this period, if your plans change, we provide a 12-month travel credit promise allowing you to reschedule your dates up to 30 days prior to your arrival without penalty.
When you check the “Add ASC Membership” box, it adds $99 to today’s fee. In return, your remaining balance due 30 days before the trip is automatically reduced by $150. This gives you an immediate net savings of $51 on your total vacation package, plus active membership access for a full year.
Your private VIP transfer driver will meet you directly at Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA). You will be driven directly to your private villa, where the Jeep Wrangler will be parked waiting for you, and a local host will deliver the keys and perform a quick orientation.
