Terms, Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Aruba Summer Club (ASC), we specialize in curating bespoke, high-end island experiences. Because we secure private assets—including private villas, boat charters, and premium vehicle fleets—specifically for your reserved dates, we adhere to a firm reservation policy to ensure the highest quality of service.
1. The 5-Day Grace Period
We want you to be 100% confident in your choice to travel with ASC. We offer a 100% refund guarantee for any reason within 5 days of your purchase date on your initial Booking Fee.
- If you need to cancel within this 5-day window, simply notify us in writing at info@arubasummerclub.com, and we will issue a full refund of the paid deposit, minus a $100 administrative processing fee.
2. Committed Bookings & Balance Milestones
After the 5-day grace period, all bookings are considered “Committed.” At this point, your Booking Fee is immediately allocated to secure your private villa, transportation, and specialized tour partners. Because these partners hold these assets exclusively for your arrival, initial payments become non-refundable after the 5-day grace period.
The client explicitly agrees that the Remaining Balance of the reserved package must be cleared strictly thirty (30) days prior to the confirmed flight departure date submitted in the post-purchase selection form. Failure to complete the Final Balance within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the initial Booking Fee.
3. Travel Credit Promise (Peace of Mind)
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to travel on your scheduled dates after the 5-day grace period, we do not simply retain your payment. We offer a Travel Credit for 100% of the total cumulative amount paid to date (including the initial Booking Fee and any cleared balances).
- This credit is valid for 12 months from your original booking confirmation date.
- It can be applied toward any ASC Luxury Package, subject to availability.
- This policy ensures your investment is protected, providing you with the structural flexibility to reschedule your Aruba escape.
4. Agency Representation & Guest Responsibility
By purchasing any ASC Package, the client explicitly appoints Aruba Summer Club as their authorized representative to secure third-party services, including but not limited to private accommodations, vehicle rentals, and maritime charters.
- Asset Liability: The client acknowledges that the contractual relationship for the use of these assets is between the Client and the specific third-party provider. ASC is not liable for physical damages, legal disputes, or financial penalties incurred during the use of these services.
- Financial Confidentiality: To maintain the exclusivity of our operations, specific rental rates paid by ASC to third-party providers are confidential. The client agrees that the package price is a fixed management fee and will not request a breakdown of individual provider costs.
- Security Deposits: While ASC prepays the rental fees, providers may require a valid credit card from the client upon arrival for incidental deposits or security guarantees. The client is solely responsible for providing this guarantee.
5. Travel Insurance
To protect your investment against unexpected circumstances (such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or travel bans), we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Aruba Summer Club is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Responsibility & Conduct
By booking with Aruba Summer Club, you agree to respect the property rules of our villa partners and the local traffic regulations regarding our fleet. ASC acts as your partner and facilitator, ensuring your experience meets the highest standards of luxury and safety.
